Remote support from the UCO with Bomgar

Bomgar remote support software allows UCO staff to virtually "look over your shoulder" while you are working on your computer, and to assist and support you in taking the necessary steps to resolve the issue in question. This type of remote support is useful when e-mail-based or telephone-only communication is not sufficient to help you with the problem in question.

With this type of support, you retain full control of your computer and telephone the UCO employee at the same time. It is not normally necessary for the UCO to take over control.
