IT-Maintenance: Zeuthen: Umbaumassnahmen Rechenzentrum / 7.-9.6.2024 |

Von Freitag, 07.06.2024, 07:00 Uhr bis Sonntag, 09.06.2024, 20:00 Uhr werden im Rechenzentrum in Zeuthen umfassende Wartungsarbeiten durchgefuehrt, um wichtige Infrastrukturkomponenten implementieren zu koennen. Dies fuehrt zu erheblichen Einschraenkungen der folgenden IT- und Kommunikationsdienste. Nicht verfuegbare Dienste: ------------------------- Netzwerkverbindungen: Verbindungen von aussen nach Zeuthen (z.B. SSH, RDP) werden nicht funktionieren. Netzwerk und WLAN: Auf dem gesamten Campus wird das Netzwerk und WLAN nicht verfuegbar sein. Betroffen sind damit auch das Drucken und die Videokonferenzsysteme. Telefonie: Ankommende, abgehende und interne Telefonate (einschliesslich IP-Telefonie, DECT, Analog-Telefonie und Jabber) werden nicht funktionieren. Rufumleitungen sind ebenfalls nicht moeglich. Notfallkontakt: Der Pfoertner ist in Notfaellen ueber das Handy-Netz unter 033762-77222 oder 033762-770 erreichbar. Dachs-Zugangssystem: Im Rechenzentrum wird das Zugangssystem komplett ausfallen. Bei PITZ haben nur die letzten 100 Buchungen (im Controller gespeichert) Zugang. Kantine: Sollte die Kantine geoeffnet sein, wird nur Barzahlung moeglich sein. Verfuegbare Dienste: ------------------ E-Mail und Sync&Share: DESY-Mail, Sync&Share und Zoom werden von zu Hause aus weiterhin funktionieren. VPN: Die Einwahl ueber VPN ist erreichbar, jedoch werden die Windows-Laufwerke nicht erreichbar sein. Ausnahme: V-Bereiche koennen normal ueber VPN arbeiten, mit Ausnahme der Telefonie. Grund der Wartung: Umbau der RZ-Infrastruktur fuer neue Komponenten -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ From Friday, 07.06.2024, 07:00 to Sunday, 09.06.2024, 20:00, extensive maintenance work will be carried out at the data center in Zeuthen in order to be able to implement important infrastructure components. This will result in significant restrictions to the following IT and communication services Services not available: ------------------------- Network connections: Connections from outside to Zeuthen (e.g. SSH, RDP) will not work. Network and WLAN: The network and WLAN will not be available on the entire campus. This also affects printing and video conferencing systems. Telephony: Incoming, outgoing and internal telephone calls (including IP telephony, DECT, analog telephony and Jabber) will not work. Call forwarding is also not possible. Emergency contact: The porter can be contacted in emergencies via the cell phone network on 033762-77222 or 033762-770. DACHS access system: The access system will be completely down at the data center. At PITZ, only the last 100 bookings (stored in the controller) will have access. Canteen: Should the canteen be open, only cash payment will be possible. Available services: ------------------ E-Mail and Sync&Share: DESY-Mail, Sync&Share and Zoom will continue to work from home. VPN: Dial-up via VPN is available, but Windows drives will not be accessible. Exception: V-areas can work normally via VPN, with the exception of telephony.
