Phone supply
The telephones are ordered via the Asset Management System (AMS, https://ams.desy.de ). If an existing phone is to be replaced, the phone number should be entered in the comments field.
The Cisco Jabber softphone is ordered by emailing telefon.service@desy.de. The following information is required:
- Name
- DESY user ID
- Phone number
- Device type (PC/MAC, iPhone or Android)
- Cost center
