Handling with Pictures and Media Datas

Do you want to announce pictures, videos, drafts on your website? Please keep the rules in your mind!

Media Elements in general
On principle it is applied that no pictures or no other media datas are used if you dont know exactly that you can use it unproblematicly! You have to take care about the copyright! For both each group is accountable.

Pictures of individual employees
Pictures of employees can only be offered if the concerned employees are informed and have give an agreement corresponding to the statutory rules (see: statutory rules, 2th subparagraph). These declaration of agreements are obtained and to keeped from the respective group. A blank (see below) is available to collect signatures.

Group Photos
In cases of conflict at group photos is to involve the data protection official (see: statutory rules, 2th subparagraph).
