he DESY web phonebook shows automatically all URLs to personal web pages, whose account owners granted the publishing in DESY applications.
The shown URLS to the correspnding persons are only those, which point to personal web pages belonging to a personal account. This is the standard case. - Whereas possible functional account are not taken into account in the DESY web phonebook and their corresponding URLs to their web pages are not shown.
The web phonebook checks periodically (hourly) if new personal web pages were created and published. Within this mentioned interval references to these new published personal web pages appear in the web phonebook.
If an account owner revokes the right of publishing, the web phonebook removes the reference to the corresponding personal web pages in the above mentioned interval.
