Feature "Find my Mobile"

The feature "Find my Mobile" (Samsung) or "Find my iPhone" (Apple) allows remote access to your smartphone. This allows you to locate your mobile device if it is lost and to delete any data stored on the device remotely, if necessary. This is the reason why this function should always be activated on business devices.

If a business device has to be repaired, however, this function must be deactivated. Otherwise the service providers will not be able to carry out a repair.

So for security reasons, please make sure that this feature is activated on your business mobile, but deactivated for a repair case.

You will find the necessary steps for activating/deactivating this function in the following instructions.
