Das Problem wurde behoben. ----------------- Update: -------- Das Problem besteht weiterhin. Die Verfuegbarkeit des E-Mail-Dienstes ist prinzipiell gegeben, jedoch ist der Dienst sehr verlangsamt und es kommt zu Zustellverzoegerungen. An der Behebung des Fehlers wird mit Hochdruck gearbeitet. --------------------- Heute, Montag, den 01.08.2022, seit ca. 7:00 h, ist ein Teil des zentralen E-Mail-Dienstes Zimbra (https://mail.desy.de) nicht erreichbar. Direkt betroffen von der Unterbrechung ist 1/6 der Mailboxen. Der Zugriff mit Outlook oder Thunderbird auf die betroffenen Mailboxen ist ebenfalls nur eingeschraenkt moeglich. Grund der Stoerung: Lastprobleme auf einem der 6 Mailserver -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ The problem has been solved. ----------------- Update: ------- The problem still persists. The e-mail service is available in principle, but the service is very slow and there are delivery delays. We are working at high pressure to solve the problem. ------------------ Today, Monday, 01.08.2022, from about 7:00 a.m. a part of the central e-mail service Zimbra (https://mail.desy.de) for approximately was interrupted. 1/6 of the Zimbra mailboxes were directly affected by the interruption. Access with Outlook or Thunderbird was affected as well.
