Die Wartung wurde beendet. ----------------- Am Mittwoch, den 7.12.2022 werden zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 16:00 Uhr Wartungsarbeiten an der Oracle APEX-Umgebung (Application Express) auf den Oracle-Produktions-Datenbanken (desy_db, iam_db, baw_db) vorgenommen, um die APEX Version 22.1 zur Verfuegung zu stellen. APEX ist ein Dienst, ueber den datenbankgestuetzte Webanwendungen entwickelt und zur Verfuegung gestellt werden koennen. Die Applikationsserver muessen neu gestartet werden, daher wird es zu Sessionabbruechen kommen, die dann auch Oracle-FORMS-Anwendungen betrifft. Anwendende sollten Ihre Arbeiten daher bis 14:00 Uhr beendet haben. Aufgrund der Wartung stehen unter anderem folgende Anwendungen waehrend des Wartungszeitraums nicht zur Verfuegung: - DESY Online Bewerberportal - Bewerbungs-Management EASY (https://easy.desy.de) - GO-Reporting - Die Dosimetrieapplikationen (DESY und XFEL) (https://dosys.desy.de) - Quota Management Werkzeug Amfora (https://amfora.desy.de) - DESY Fahrzeugpool (https://fahrzeugpool.desy.de) - DARF-DACHS - Projekttraeger - BELLE2-Management - Online-Portale - Wachbuch - PIER-Administration - Petra III Marktplatz - Scicon - ISS - Vertrags-Management - IAM (Identity and Access Management) - Registry Passwort-Reset Da es sich hierbei um ein Infrastruktur-Update handelt, liegt die nachgelagerte notwendige Migration der betroffenen APEX Anwendungen, sowie die Information der Anwender*innen in der Verantwortung der APEX-Entwickler*innen. Den Anwendungsverantwortlichen ist bereits eine detailliertere Information per E-Mail zugestellt worden. Ebenso wurden die IAM-Nutzer*innen mit einer separaten E-Mail informiert. Grund der Wartung: Infrastruktur-Update der zentralen Oracle APEX-Umgebung auf desy_db, iam_db und baw_db -_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_ The maintenance has been finished. ----------------- On [[ErrTimeToWeekday], 7.12.2022 from 14:00h to presumably 16:00h a maintenance of the APEX environment (Application Express) on the Oracle production databases desy_db, iam_db and baw_db will take place to provide APEX version 22.1 APEX is a service which allows the development and provision of database-driven web applications. Work on the IAM (https://iam.desy.de) will also take place during this time. Users should therefore finish their work by 14:00h. During the infrastructure update, the APEX applications located on desy_db, iam_db, baw_db und reg2_db will not be available. The application servers have to be restarted, which means that sessions will be aborted, which will then also affect Oracle FORMS applications. Due to this maintenance among others the following applications won't be available during maintenance works: - DESY Job Portal - Application Management EASY (https://easy.desy.de) - GO-Reporting - Quota Management Tool Amfora (https://amfora.desy.de) - DESY Car Pool (https://carpool.desy.de) - Dosimetry Applications (DESY and XFEL) (https://dosys.desy.de) - DARF-DACHS - BELLE2-Management - Projekttraeger - Online Portals - Wachbuch - PIER-Administration - Petra III Market Place - Scicon - ISS - Contract Management - IAM (Identity and Access Management) - Registry Password-Reset As this is an infrastructure update, the subsequent necessary migration of the affected APEX applications as well as the information of their users is the responsibility of the APEX developers. More detailed information has been sent to the application developers by e-mail in beforehand. A separate e-mail was also sent to the IAM users.
